One must read Leo Strauss' discussion of Heidegger's project for mankind to fully understand what spirit fills this strange man. Strauss explains the movement of Heidegger's thought from Being & Time, to his intimation of a "world religion." It is found in Strauss' essay called "Existentialism" published in 1995; Interpretation,Vol.22,Nr3. If anyone wants this essay, email me, and I will send it to you.

Again, you see. You can't help yourself. You pay no attention whatsoever to what is being specifically discussed in this (the relation between metaphysics and thinking). As for the conflation of this thinking with Heidegger's earlier expectation for a 'second beginning' you confuse what he thought back in the 30's with his later thought, which is substantially different. Again, your attitude is dangerously misleading.

There is an essential connection between Heidegger's later thought, and his earlier reflections.

No, it really is quite simple. Something, I won't claim to know what, drives you to interject all threads with a plea to read Strauss. You don't substantiate this at all, but you insist on Strauss' relevance to EVERY single video about Heidegger. Das Dasein ist ein Seiendes, das nicht nur unter anderem Seienden vorkommt. Es ist vielmehr dadurch ontisch ausgezeichnet, dass es diesem Seienden in seinem Sein um dieses Sein selbst geht.

sacré heidegger. après avoir inventé le pragmatisme (continental) il se dégonfle et tente de retrouver une base dans l'universelle mediation qu'il estime se trouver dans la tradition (sémantique)... d'où la lourdeur procédurale du dernier heidegger (qu'est ce que "X", was heisst "X", étymologie de "x", "x" manifeste l'Etre, le quadriparti tagadatsointsoin). très poétique et très formel... m'enfin c'était quand même un grand psycho-sociologue.

Il ne se dégonfle pas, il évolue. On ne peut pas garder les mêmes idées toute sa vie, ce n'est pas possible. A moins d'être complètement sclérosé de la pensée.
