Agree with rturnerful. And listen, "buffalos" is the shorthand version. The entire title is "shuffle off to Buffalo" - my mother taught me this and she learned it from her friend Fayard Nicholas, so stop bitching about the way you say it and do your 1930s homework!

HOWEVER, if you are going to teach and post online how to videos then please take the time to do it right. I've only seen a couple of her vids and as a "seasoned" tap teacher I'm quite shocked that ppl are trying to learn some of these when she demonstrates incorrectly & misses beats! I'm inclined to take her job... lol

its not 'step shuffle hop', its supposed to be 'leap shuffle leap'. you don't step into it, you leap into it, and a hop you stay on the same foot. there is constant changing of weight between the feet. there are no hops in this step at all.

In my tap Class they broke it down a bit diffrent,its a traveling moves,so you would take what she said "Up" is the beginning and put it near your shin, and then you would beginning it.
