@fenderboy08 Ya, it'll fit. Just make sure the piping is the right size and the inlet and outlet are in the right places. Should be able to just get it on the internet, or, if you want, Midas sells flowmasters, they usually have a super 44 or 2 in stock.

I had the super 44 on my 4.7 HO, but it wasn't loud enough. Now I have a Flowmaster super 10 on it. Much different

hey methos0072001 why did the stock exhaust leak like that? i have an 04 grand cherokee limited edition and every time i start it it leaks out of the end of the exhaust like yours did. and sometimes it leaks directly from the muffler and forms a pool. did you find out why it does that? or if it is a major problem?

@laxboy008642 It has nothing to do w/ damage to the muffler. It's condensation. If you do a lot of stop and go traffic and short distances the condensation builds up in your muffler and that will happen. If you do a lot of highway driving you won't get that as much depending the climate you live in.

Just recently purchased a 04 Overland with the H.O. 4.7 V8. The stock exhaust is pretty nice but I ordered a Super 44 this week and can't wait to put it on!!

@rbarryfamily yep, the stock cats are dual high-flow cats, so I didn't feel the need to replace them.

I'm planning on getting a 04 Grand Cherokee with the 4.7 and I want to put a Flowmaster super 44 on it. Could you tell me the size of the stock piping? I believe it's 2.5in, but I'm not sure

@4wheeler14 yep its a 2.5in pipe, you'll need a flowmaster with a center inlet and offset outlet. That's how mine was, anyways.

I was planning on getting a new cat but didn't, it came with dual high flow cats stock, so I stuck with those.

@methos0072001 chrysler makes the best cats apparently so even if you bought a 500-100 dollar magnaflow hi flow cat you could actually be down grading...i didnt know that til not to long ago

I haven't compared it to different mufflers from the flowmaster series but it definitely stands out amongst other cars I've seen. It's a loud but low tone, perfect for me. I'd go with 7 or 8, it's not as loud as powersticks.

what size is the inlet and outlet on the muffler, i want the same thing for my jeep but can't if the pipe is 2.5 or 2.25. your jeep sounds badass

inlet/outlet is 2.5", center inlet offset outlet if I remember correctly
