  • SOOOOOO HELPFUL THANKS SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!

  • @TheSuicideSpaghetti No problem!

  • I've been using your stretches and they really work. So between your stretches, I also stretched the T-band and my quads. I think I've been completely healed in another week (2 week total process)

  • There was also another msg board where a Doctor posted that the Patella Tendon injury lingers because of left over scar tissue.

He recommended to avoid ibuprofen after the initial injury (only take tylenol for pain)

The Physical therapy will break up the scar tissue. So thanks again.

  • @jojopuppyfish Interesting. I've been told otherwise from doctors. Usually you take Ibuprofen to decrease inflammation, so that it heals faster. Same reason whiy R.I.C.E. is used (Ice and compression to reduce the inflammation).

  • I have just been diagnosed with Jumper's knee. I really like you video. Your exercises have been working for me. A few more suggestions:

Make sure to stretch the T-Band.

Do a youtube search for ehowhealth and Chronic Hip Bursitis for a good video that helps me stretch my T-band.

I also use aloe vera gel on my knee which, IMO helps reduce swelling.

  • @jojopuppyfish Cool. Glad I could help and thanks for the info. I mostly am going to be talking about athletic injuries as I learn about them... mostly from getting them hahaha. Like, for example, my next one will be about shoulder dislocation, which just happened to me.
