They look super cute. I know a few friends who have rescued baby raccoons. I think some people in here are being way to hard on this guy. Obviously he didn't know he wasn't supposed to feed them. You hear the female in the background tell him right after he threw the first piece and he stopped.

that looks like Stanly park. in Vancouver BC for other it is a $500 fine CAN which now is more the n$500 US..
and they DO bite. it is dangerous for the animals to be fed by people as the city will have to start trapping and killing them as nusence animals DO NOT FEED THEM.

Feeding wild animals is always a bad idea. You'll get them too acclimated to humans, which will one day get them killed.
Just leave them alone, or (even better) call Animal Control.
