This video benchmark is useless without saying the speed (Stock or not) of the I7 920.

Emulators are fully "Mhz" dependent, whatever dual or quad core.

An i7 920@Stock does nothing ! (only 2.66 Ghz)

Personaly, I have a Q9400@3.6GHz, and this game is almost unplayable (40-45fps is too slow motion)

Settings are definitely a double-edged sword. The CPU EFB Access option certainly helps bring it up to 60FPS, however doing so disables the ability to grab starbits with the Wii Remote cursor.
