Fred,It is refreshing to hear a different interpretation of this tune.I have about 10 of these 12in. Red Nichols concert recordings and love them.They are hard to find.

It's very rare that I enjoy the vocal more than than the instrumental on a record. Perhaps this just wasn't an appropriate choice of song for the Red Nichols band - it needs more sympathetic treatment.
