Is this in the grassland area? I just saw an albino with a big rack last night at our church in grassland. I'm going to spend some time in the woods with my camera to photograph this guy. And that other deer has some really nice antlers going on too...great place for shed hunting or deer hunting if it's possible.
This deer is apparently alive and well, unless there is another. My husband saw it a couple of week ago around and we both saw it again last night (4/10/09). We saw it crossing the street about 300 yards before the Murray/Granny White intersection, traveling East. Truly a beautiful creature.
It's so beautiful! It would look soooo good hanging up on my wall right above the fireplace. It would be a great compliment to my stuffed snow leopard and my ten pairs of elephant tusks.

You live near the walking trail at Crockett and the Y right? That's where we saw it too! Haven't seen it since last summer though.
