The only real way to stop is electronic cigarettes. All the other things - patches, gum, inhalers etc. are very difficult to work and near doomed due to the addiction being probably 70 pc the physical thing, 30 pc nicotine. And E Cigs can reduce down to zero nicotine later. Nicotine is harmless and in fact used in many medicines. Also latest research shows Nicotine slows down onset of Parkinsons and Altzeimers and there is positively healthy. Best you try E cigs but good luck!

Hi, I quit recently for about 11 weeks, but then my dad passed away and the first thing i reached for was a ciggie again. Like you had enough of it by now so having my last one as i speak, hope you are still quit :-)
just to tell you, asking god for u to make money is not going to work, cuz god is not a person u ask favors for, u have to understand who u are first n wat u really want in ur life. go to a right church with true preachings, i suggest going to smyrna church but im pretty sure u dont live in cali? anyways jsut be a true christian pray to god about ur problems
