  • This is a great exercise for women who don't have much shape to their calves. For those of us that do - I would recommend avoiding it unless you want to bulk up the calves:)

  • You're the BEST! Thank you so much for this! I tried something similar to this but did WAY more than 3 sets of 12 reps, do you have to do only a certain amount to build muscle or will going overboard make your legs skinnier?

  • @RenaeModelSize I think Buffie is implying that you can define them and give them definition. Of course genetics effects the size and shape of the bone, but the muscle and fat can be altered to give you a more desired result.

  • @RenaeModelSize Some people want to improve their bodies. If you are not one of them, that's your issue. But don't knock others for wanting to incorporate a little healthy exercise into their lives.

  • I have a question. I do most of your exercises 2 or 3 times a week. But I just started doing Zumba (once a week) and I was wondering if you knew if I would lose my butt and my jiggle if I continued doing it? I love my butt (still want it a little bigger though lol) but I don't wanna lose either of those things.

  • @rainingchampion I've never done Zumba but I'm assuming you burn a lot of calories because it a form of cardio. Cardio is known for burning fat so depending on how efficiently your body burns fat and build muscle you may or you may not lose your butt. Cardio is definitely wonderful for the heart and we all need some cardio in our life. It has many health benefits.
