@06s091 yeah. that's pretty accurate. only my favorite fantine was lea salonga from the 25th anniversary concert. and alfie boe was surprisingly amazing as jean valjean, i thought i would hate him because he wasn't an original. bring him home won me over, though.

Alfie is amazing. I can't wait to see him as Valjean in June. Colm will always be my favorite, but there have been some great ones over the years, and Alfie is definitely one of them. I also love John Owen Jones in the part.

@06s091 defdinately, i love lea salonga so much. the heart she puts in to each role is just amazing! have you seen the 25th anniversary concert? i love the bring him home quartet at the end with all 4 of them, plus simon bowman. it's pretty amazing.

@asthefriendsSCREAM Yes, I've seen it. I LOVE the 10th at the Albert Hall, but the 25th had it's moments too. My favorite part was the Valjean Quartet (although I don't like Simon Bowman that much as Valjean) and the Original Cast version of One Day More.

My least favorite part isn't a big surprise I'm sure: Nick Jonas. He wasn't as bad as I feared, but NOWHERE near the standard of the other performers. So I was VERY happy when Michael Ball got on the stage to show him how it's done properly.

honeslty, this is definitely one of the better videos on YouTube. Considering what you had to do, it actually has pretty good sound quality (its about on par with my Digital version, which i ripped from disc).

I saw this twice, once at my high school and once at a really big Theatre place, and the one at my high school was better....(considering we have the tech guy of the district with us and we hired a professional pyro. team, not to mention the talent...*drools*)....

The reason why the sound isn't that good is because back then I didn't know how to use a computer to edit and add in music. This was done without any computer and I held my sisters CD player up to the camera and timed the music with turning the camera on. That's why it took forever to make this.

I second stevenscollege's guess that it's from the Broadway Cast album. I own several different recordings of Les Miz, and I can guess pretty accurately which recording is which by listening. The chorus would sound far more fuller if it was from the 10th Anniversary Cast album.
