The awesome thing about the changed David Berkowitz is that he DOESN'T believe he should EVER be let out of prison. Whether or not he should be let out shouldn't even be a discussion.
Even if he is a changed man and he's sorry for what he did they are still never gonna let him out of prison. One reason is what kind of message would that send too people ? That a man can kill that many innocent people and then one day he is free to walk the streets again.

Hopefully you're right!
