I saw them live on the magic potion tour and dan was playing that SAME guitar, which was a IBANEZ LAWSUIT SG. trust me, i was in the 1st row. for futher clarification, google a picture of an ibanez lawsuit sg and compare the headstock to dan's. in fact, just go to the vid you referenced to me and pause at :40. then compare the two headstocks. my case rested. trust me on this dude, i know what i'm talking about when it comes to tbk.
