like i have super bad acne, and i no alot of ppl are like i have bad acne... haha no. no one has acne like i have acne. i have it all over my chest, bak, shoulders, neck and its a tiny bit on my arm. ive counted over ten cyst on my face, most under the skin but still its there. and its controling my whole freaking life. and it makes me so freaking depressed. i feel like i will never get out of this. i feel hopeless like this depression will never go away..... ugh.

@sweetpickles87 Good choice man. I'm on my second round of accutane. Its cleared it up for the most part but I still have these scars on my face and its just like having severe acne so yeah. But accutane, I'm glad I went on it. I still have minor cyst break outs but they go away really quickly. And its hard man. I can't be myself any more. I hate branching out now. I use to be that dude who loved making people laugh. Now I'm that quiet guy who doesn't like talking to people and I hate....

And recently theres been this super gorgeous girl I've seen at this place I shop at. I'd so love to talk to her and see where things go. And I would if I thought I was good looking still. But now its just like even if she and I did start talking and we had feelings for eachother. I wouldn't date her because I think she could find...

I'm not saying looks are all that matters but at the same time there has to be a physical attraction there and I would want to please her every way possible. If she thought I was a great guy and she was in love with me, what would happen if she met a guy just as great but better looking? I don't want to take that risk, nor do I want to approach her and then be rejected. I feel bad enough.
@BIGDADDYDUKE2 How many months have you be taking it? My derm says I'll be on it between 4-9 months. I know what you mean about branching out and meeting this girl. Having acne really does mess with your mind, it totally destroys self confidence and changes how you view the world, other people and yourself. This acne goes hand in hand with depression. But I had acne really really bad dude. All over my chest, shoulders, back, and on my arm. Most of it was cysts. At one point I could count over ten cysts on my face alone man. You'll prob be on it for 6 months. I didn't break out while taking it. I only broke out once after taking it. And it clears up fast man. I went on...
@BIGDADDYDUKE2 Wow, 11 months that is a long time. So right now you just have the scars right, and no more break outs too bad? Because the scars should be an easy fix you can just do like a skin peel or something...but I'm sure that's not new to you, your derm probably mentioned it. It's especially aggrivating with me because I work in film, both on camera and behind, but I have forgone a lot of on camera gigs because of this crapola. Well, only about three more weeks before I start it!

i have recently got acne on my cheeks and i normally dont , but they are bumps without a head! and they dont hurt! they are fairly medium size and really red :(
girls are lucky they can put make up on guys just have to live with it if the treatment isnt working :/

I had the same problem, I would cry so much for no reason and my face was really bad. I went to my doctor and got a pill which has the least amount of hormones. So very, very lowdose. And everything got much better!
