I loved this game. It was hard as hell, and it took a lot of investing and strategy to beat. The characters and story was just awesome for 2004 gaming. This game really made you hate the Vietcong, and made you attached to the playable characters.

I'd buy this game again and again if I had a console.

I think Conflict Desert Storm I and II, Vietnam and Global Storm (Global Terror in some cases) were very underestimated. I bought Desert Storm I in 2003, and my mind was blown away. Those games had the great co-op action which isn't seen in many games nowadays.

this game was really hard, but it was awesome at the same time. I liked how the enemy were always hiding and always had an ambush ready for you, that was very realistic and truly horrible.

I alos liked how your ammo was always limited, I remember thanking the gods when i stumbled upon a VC weapon cache

What I love about this game is how involved it gets you, so quickly. Within the first two or three missions I was grimly slugging it out in the jungle with Charlie, saying to myself all the while, "It don't mean a thing, it don't mean a goddamn thing". It's one of the toughest games I've ever played, but it's also one of the best.
