The part is certainly sick, but even more sweet for old farts like me is the subtle old school props song wise, to raverhardstyleleflavor, the band you seek (I am 90% sure) is PAILHEAD, a project with Ian Mckaye of Minor Threat and a member of Ministry. Song is called Don't Stand in Line. They have another sick song called "Man Should Surrender". Both were featured in old Santa Cruz Videos.
