Scott is a great guy. I have known him for many years now and love to see his continued success. He was once my Physiology instructor. Way to make things happen, Scott!
This man is going to revolutionize our understanding of the underworld. Watch out you sarcastic non believers, Google knows a good thing when they see it. Just stay tuned...
BORING?!! Have you looked through to 42 minutes? That's the first footage of a living non-captured giant squid I've seen in my life and that I even know of exists. The japanese footage of the gsquid on a jig has hundred thousands of views.
And the numbers, the imagery the enthusiasm for understanding life out there he comes up with is contagious! Scott Cassell is one of Humboldt's true heirs.
Staggeringly amazing video! I so wish to dive there and learn about Humboldt squid.
It does seem like it's going to be boring in the first 30 seconds so a lot of people probably quit before it gets amazing. Such is our attention span these days. Really staggeringly cool video.
all day? remember, this is from google, they have supercomputers and money, plus they have enough computers to lose one for the day to upload it anyway
A giant squid for every person on the planet? Holy shit, that is amazing.
