Having just completed "Inner Workings - Literary Essays 2000-2005" by J.M. Coetzee, one of my favorite authors of late, these images make a much deeper impression. Coetzee references "Drawings and Documents from the Collection of the Adam Mickiewicz Literary Museum" (Warsaw, 1992) as a volume which contains all his surviving drawings. What tragedy humankind has lost so many compositions through the ravages of war...how horrid the potential creations snuffed by early partings.

It´s sorry that his works on the wall in Drohobych near Lviv ,Ukraine were stolen and went away from Ukraine.

He is a wonderful artist.
