    Your welcome, its always nice to here I am helping someone. I actually used to be part of a team remaking half life but it didn't work out because of the lack of leadership >.>  anyway good luck on your mod!

  • yes, this method is acceptable in some cases, but its really messy when it comes to character modelling! in this case i prefer deleting edge loops, althought there is no way to select more than one loop and delete it - you must do it one by one. I hope that soon someone will make such a tool!

  • Thank you for uploading this, and demonstrating this very useful function and good instructions and humour as well. Yeah can confirm you are saying Decimate correctly. thank god i found this as my car model has like 56000 verticies :P I look forward to seeing more of your tutorials.
