first, fish that size COST... I believe I have seen an eel about that size in a pet store for about 100CAD(I am in Sweden atm so the price may be off)

Second, know what you are putting in your tank. Check the compatibility. Some fish are more territorial than others, so unless you WANT to see your pet get eaten, don't put too many agressive fish in one tank.
