Thanks for the video. I'm looking into getting my Masters in Management but am planning on waiting a year. I just received my PMP cert and feel the weakness in my skills is on the Management level (plus I like it) so thanks.
Make all the shakeholders happy is the main goal. -> simple but ultimately impossible. It will be more important let them understand in a proper goal, IMO.
