Meas soksophea is not stupid,she understood everything perfectly,she's a singer and an entertainer,she's not a trained reporter which require a higher degree of language skills.
The interviewer has a more formal speech whereas Meas Soksophea speaks in a more conversational manner. She still seems like an entertaining girl who can joke around a lot.
Holy crap, if she neva had any formal training then she's amazing to pull off a voice like that! Sok Sophear does speak with a markedly less formal mood than other interviewees, but I think it's a refreshing change for once. She's keepin' it real without being disrespectful.
