  • do these vans usually last??? just bought one for 4000 and 76000 miles...really liked the space plus it runs smooth...have heard alot of bad reviews since I got it

  • All depends; frequent oil change and regular maintenance are assets to long life. How far can you get and/or how long? I've seen a few pushing over 200K miles but not very many. Weak points? (Water pump!) Sudden transmission failure, electrical problems, rust prone. Strong points; affordable used (yours appears to be a suitable example), gazillion cheap parts availability. Good luck!

  • @SGVxHuSTLERxxx I'm up to 165,000. You probably have a while.

  • My pleasure. As an update, our beloved Chevy minvan expired as of last week. Tranny went and it was decided to part ways with it. Sold to a buddy of ours for parts...

  • Thank you sir very helpful, I was going to remove everything.

  • very easy job. nothing is easier... Undo the belt with a wrench then couple of bolts and you're outa there. Ah yes, I could have shown this and that and should have said other things... Ah well...

  • should have shown us how to replace the pump from the begining instead of the dam inside nobody wants to see the inside
