@Bladestarx168 oh i dident know there was 2 diff types ..but that clears up why the dropping to the ground is diff....as in i see my guy when hes launched .....this guy hasent really played..... the upgrade points shows that hes only got 10 ... unless you only get 10 on this game ...if your still having troubles ..try the hand gun out ....is like 4 hit kill .....less hits if less def its got a nice kick to it :D and with lock on upped a little it kills pros easy

A few "LEET Lessons" skipped

1. Deceptor plates + Shield allow you to hammer through a single AA easily. 2 if you're lucky

2. Your distance to the ground means nothing when it comes to impact kills. You do the same damage whether you hit the brakes at the top of orange of no brakes at all

3. If you hit your brakes before hitting red, you land weapon ready

4. AR is good for midrange because the shield shredding rounds rip through armor like it's paper. It can also pierce shields at close range

One more thing, the overdrive jump tactic is ineffective against real people. As you overdrive into thier sensor range, you will stand out like a sore thumb. to counter all you need to do is jumpjet or activate a sensor blocker and they will lose thier lock and they will be subjected to a counter-lock and fold like a house of cards!

To be honest, shields do not mean anything! Armor is the better mod. since everyone uses the MG, your shields are for against AR and SR and ML which no one ever uses!!!

Shields are good for Snipers. The MG has horrible accuracy at and shield penetration power (through it high ROF makes normal shields run out pretty fast) so, shields = good at distance. (i'm a sniper...so getting close isn't very much an option for me)

Depends. If you don't have any of the map packs, the value is higher since the game comes with all of them. If you give a hoot about single player, that also increases the value, if Fire Fight sounds cool, that's great too. However, the campaign is short, and other than the three new maps, multiplayer is unchanged. However, with ODST, you can get the vidmaster achievements to get Recon Armor.

the knife isnt that hard to use... a good way to kill with it is by sprinting towrds the enemy and release it 2 seconds before you tackle him. if you play this game you may notice that you sprint an extra 2 seconds after you release once you hit him your sprint will stop and the guy is right in front of you cause u didnt sprint all the way. then the only thing to do is press RB and the guy is done for. or you just stick around corners and knife whenever a guy passes by
