Well there yeah, but it's getting worse (video-wise). Anyways, I use a Boss GT-6, and there's a setting on one of the FX buttons that reduces noise when there's a tv/monitor on(I think it's Defretter). Also maybe try reducing your reverb?

I started on a right-handed guitar, so when it came time to buy my own, I bought a left-handed and had a guy switch the strings and the nut around
