Do me a favour Will. Get ure guitar an teach me how da play a reggae riff. I can't seem to get da stylin down wit ma strummin man. I'm trying a reggae version of The Beatles "We Can Work It Out" I'll post it once I get it finished right after the finger infection on my frettin hand heals in a few days. Thanks mate.
I'm working on getting a guitar or two installed. Soon come. As far as I can make out the notable thing about reggae rhythm (or skanking) is that you hit the chord on the other beat, if you know what I mean. Till I can show you, do what I do. Watch a Bob Marley vid where you can see what he's doing with his hands and just play the chords in synch with him.
How about some of that Katmandu wisdom Professor? You lost all that video when they shut down your other channels so perhaps share a little more of that wisdom you've gained throughout these worldly travels before you slip into the next dimension mate. Pretty deep shit. Honestly, two years ago at a time when I was taking pause in my "life" to examine what I was truly doing, I came across your old channels. You helped guide my way of thought at a deeper level mate and for that I thank you.
Thank YOU very much Eddy, for making me think maybe their was some validity in what I was doing or trying to do. At the moment I'm trying to establish whether the Police and 'Crown' in Scotland are going to let me have back ANY of my videos. If not, I'll just make new recordings about my experiences.
Kathmandu was amazing. My brother Alistair and I asked the King to unilaterally leave the United Nations and let Nepal's marijuana be free of 'Law'. (MI5 got us booted out!) Oh what larks. I gotta share before I go.
I'd like to hear more about your time spent in Glastonbury!
