If you paid attention the Title of the performance says that Traditional Music and Dance IN Bukhara, not the Traditional Music and Dance OF Bukhara. I think, there is no difference it is Bukhara`s or other region`s music or dance and there is no difference who performed it uzbeks or other nations who live in Uzbekistan. The point is that we had these kind of traditon and we will preserve them and make them rich in future.

The title already says "Uzbek traditional Dance in Bukhara", so it does not necessarily mean "Bukharian Dance". By the way, the style of the dance is Ferghana-Tashkent. Cheers.

Thanks for your information. If that so, how Bukharian dance looks like? Is uyghur dance style also influenced by Ferghana-Tashkent too?

Hi, thanks for asking. Bukhara has a very unique style of dancing. "Uzbek Traditional Music and Dance in Bukhara 14" is actually Bukhara style. Regarding Uyghur dance, actually, these are relative nations, so you can notice inter-influence between Ferghana-Tashkent and Uyghur dance. But I think Uyghur dance has longer history, so more influence on F-T dance. cheers.

Basically, this show is for tourists, not for Uzbeks. I guess that the producer thought the program should include other area (i.e. non Bukhara) dances.

Also, for my experience, a Russian dance group performed not only Russian dance but also Central Asia and Caucasus dances. Anyway, thanx for your comment.
