La foule, dans toute sa globalité est moins performante sur plan intelectuel qu'un individu isolé.
L'intelligence collective et les sentiments primaires jouent énormement, surtout en cas de peur, panique ce qui donne lieu à une foule désordonée.
Faut prévoir ce type de réactions psychologique de la foule.
