@enkilakasha I really do not know what exactly is going on. Only that the copper plate and nickel coating of the neo magnet at the points of contact melt in a pitted ,swirling pattern without fusing together. There does not appear to be any heat involved in the melting process.
10056 people have watched this video and no one has ever said anything about the oscillating X's on the disk. there is a lot going on in the pulsing of those X's. Well done sir.

I agree they are caused by the reflections. But you can see oscillations in the way the reflections change.
