both! swiftmend is awesome and i use it all the time...i also use nourish all the time. i would say swiftmend on something if you need to get that targets health back up quickly and then begin to focus on another target as soon as possible

i agree with MAJORM1KE i also use both,i even use nourish instead of healing touch,only use healing touch when tank is about to die with nature's swiftness,in few words my advice is use them both but wisely
