Man i hate to say it but in too many cases we are THE WORST when it comes to customer service...we really are! We feel like we are being inconvenienced when customers ask us to do something. We also can be the worst damn customers too. We'll give waiters a hard time, sending them back and forth with doing shit, and then only tip $1 or 2 dollars IF THAT when its like 5 niggas sitting at the table lol. But yeah this man is right on point with customer service now days. We gotta do better ya'll lol
