According to the Marine Corps Commodant, every marine is a rifleman not an infantryman. "To deploy and fight" is the military's job. Well MP's do plenty of deploying. He's been twice. He simply does not want to go EOD. He's too young to be blown to pieces. I can deal with the 6 month deployments but not when they're gone 8 months out of the year like EOD.
