Even though the vitamins are in large quantities, the reason for that is the DRI sets regulations for vitamin amounts based on their bioavailability, and most vitamins in pill form are only about 10-30 percent bioavailable, (meaning only about 10-30 percent of them are absorbed into the body). Most vitamins, such as vitamin C, are even lost due to oxygen exposure, so of course they add more than daily rec. amounts.

EmpowerPlus alone will *not* cure you of anything. Adjustments need to be made in how you think, in your lifestyle (eating healthy, exercise), setting goals and pursuing them, inner peace, getting a long with people....EMPowerPlus only addresses the biological aspect of bipolar. There are many causes of bipolar and not just biological.

I recommend EmPowerPlus but I wouldn't use it alone hoping it will change my life. It's only one piece of the puzzle. :-)

I tried the TrueHope product for ADD kids. This is expensive and at the time I bought it, it promised counseling and support from their staff. However, the staff NEVER helped once. The product didn`t work and it tasted so bad it made my son gag. I`m glad this works for some, but I can`t recommend it based on my own experience.

Antidepressants caused me to consume much more alcohol than i did previously. I had a big attraction to wine for some reason. The guy in "Sideways" was on antidepressants. Actually, the mercury in vaccines (besides being a miniscule amount) has been eliminated in all childhood vaccines and almost every other (with exception to that of the flu) since 2001.
