@Dagashi6669 Depends on the case. Looking at the damage, I'd say Dave's case didn't support the neck well enough, but even then, you'd have to throw it gooood to break it like that.
My friend flew United, they cancelled his connecting flight, left him half way to his destination high and dry and then only refunded HALF his money because they got him half way there. He didn't buy a ticket to be stranded in Salt Lake. He bought a ticket to fly to Ohio which they did not fulfill. It's just part of their "policy".
They stranded me in Chicago. Not because of weather, but because they overbooked all flights so as not to fly empty hoping a % didn't show.

@Lumitext United Airliunes comes from an era when flight was a new thing. They knew what they were doing, and USED to have great customer service. Then corperate American buisness philosophy made its way into the company and they became crappy airline with bad customer service. I hope for their sake that they get it together and make an airline that actually cares like they used to. I flew through IAD recently and most of the employees were great, I hope people everywhere else follow suit.
They haven't changed yet. Flew into San Francisco from New Zealand and was told I had to check my carry on (with my cameras and breakable gifts). I lived in fear for the rest of the trip. Staff at the counter were very rude! Thought that was only supposed to happen at LAX and Ohare!

I've enjoyed all three songs. I think you've spoken for a lot of us who have experienced bad customer service. I often refer to your videos to prove a point and that is that bad customer service can kill your business. According to an UA employee who as present at a conference where your first video was mentioned, she said that the amount of attention that UA gave this video was the same as if they had been a plain crash.

Nothing is worse than a United flight attendant, They laid off all the ones without seniority so you have a whole bunch of old bitchy pissed off stewardesses who know they can't get fired no matter how they treat passengers. I'm sure you get thousands of comments and cant comment on every one, but I have to tell you that you are my hero. Several years ago United did exactly the same thing to me. That hard case was fine bit the $1,500 TAKANIMI in the case was destroyed. United woulod do nothing. If I'd been a rich person with expensive luggage they would have covered it, but a guitar that had been removed from its case and destroyed they would accept no responsibility for. SABENA used to the national airline of Belgium, but now defunct since 2001 (replaced by SN Airlines). Whilst service staff at SABENA may have been able to speak Spanish, English, Italian and whatever, the national languages of Belgium are French, Flemish and German.
Just need to watch Airline USA and "Airline (UK)" to see the difference in Customer service. try and complain in the US airport and they escort you out for causing trouble :) thank god for European customer service.

I'm sure you get thousands of comments and cant comment on every one, but I have to tell you that you are my hero. Several years ago United did exactly the same thing to me. That hard case was fine bit the $1,500 TAKANIMI in the case was destroyed. United woulod do nothing. If I'd been a rich person with expensive luggage they would have covered it, but a guitar that had been removed from its case and destroyed they would accept no responsibility for. I've never been so mad in my life. Thanks!

Trust me European customer service is not that much better. try getting anything sorted out with sabena airlines....
1) they only accept complaints in spanish
2) they dont even bother answering your queries
3) only reply is a automated send your query in spanish
4) It has to be sent to their headoffice in Madrid
5) After 6 months of attempts I just gave up and kept my loss of 500euro
needless to say I dont fly with them anymore and tell everybody I know not to use them

@stevesandy1998 - You need to get the name right. You are probably referring to "Spanair".
SABENA used to the national airline of Belgium, but now defunct since 2001 (replaced by SN Airlines). Whilst service staff at SABENA may have been able to speak Spanish, English, Italian and whatever, the national languages of Belgium are French, Flemish and German.

Just need to watch Airline USA and "Airline (UK)" to see the difference in Customer service. try and complain in the US airport and they escort you out for causing trouble :) thank god for European customer service.

It's SERIOUSLY unfortunate that you've run out of songs to write about United!!! I remember how you said that the first song was going to have 1,000,000 views by the end of the year, when it only took you a week to get 1,000,000 views! BRILLIANT! Mark my words, I'm NEVER flying with United. TERRIBLE service, eh? Also, I like your other songs, too! Like Now; OMG, SO meaningful!
