yes, you can NOT know your pregnant. some women do not have cessation of monthly bleeding. some women never barf, i only vomited once during each of my pregnancies. that's it. some women have irregular periods to the point that 8 months with no period is completely normal for their body. and in some of these cases there was only a 10 lb or so weight gain. so please, dear Goddess go educate yourselves. i cannot believe there are that many stupid people  on youtube!!

The rectal and the vaginal area are right next to each other, and do remember everyone is different. And maybe the baby wasn't crying.
