  • Well, it is very easy to find your way to business class lounge!

  • @FuhrerKaiser iPhones->intelligentPeople

  • @McbainGames

iPhones (and apple users) are for hipsters and dumbasses who don't know how to use real technology.

  • better watch out tsa might gate rape you for looking at your phone

  • Being smart can be confusing.Especially when it comes to using your eyes to look up your gate on the departures screen.Or following a giant arrow that says BAGGAGE CLAIM.Or remembering a single thing. But with indoor Google Maps, you can easily remember what the f* you are doing.Find out what your name is. Spot intricately camouflaged locations with coffee and food, or overpriced gifts. All without firing a single neuron, but only using your thumbs. (oh and it makes tracking you so much easier!)

  • Comment removed

  • the airport is not confusing there are signs every few feet and anyone who works there can point you in the right direction in almost any country

  • Let me guess, for the US only? What a surprise.

  • ANY MAPS INSIDE THE TOILETS? I CANT FIND THE SHITS!!!

  • It is wonderful to get ups for airports, nothing more important. When you are change plain in one hour with to kids after night flight you must be stupid to ignore this great helpful ups or have completely lack of imagination, it has nothing to do with brain. You probably never traveled.

  • I love google aps, every single one...

But I find "Maps Inside" just an app for retardes and non-social people, who afraid to do the simpliest thing.....: ASK!

  • I love how people equate stupid with convenience. If you're in an airport you've never been to before, you could use this to find your way around.

If you think it is stupid, don't use it. Although I'd like to see who finds their way around an unfamiliar airport quicker between a person with Google Maps and without.

  • @JOJORDA I got you, and respect it. My point is that someday you´ll can´t live without technology, we are very accustomed to use Gadgets. There´s no time for improvisation, no time to put intelligence in prove. I´m not against technology advances. How i could if i´m discussing something in my pc?

  • for retard people

  • good show

  • hopefully Google maps will help me find my way in my house

  • google = more dangerous :( :(

  • Came here to find the Minotaur...

  • the fuck??? the places listed in this video are literally feet away from each other who needs to look that up on google maps?!

  • We are already outfrosen from society, no one hears our voices, who cares about all the young humans that have no chance to compete against the commerce, not even a slight chance to survive

  • The one who has open eyes may see the powerfull, (but not Allmighty) heartless brain behind..electro-magnetic fields, that are forced to take these warnings serious. But what can we come with against the overwhelming powers(money) that the mobile cellphone industries (their owners) put into our politiciens, MD`s and the commerce...

  • But the longterm use of the cellphones has deminished the capability of the emotional part of all the brains. Soon only the early effected persons, those that has drawn out of societies just to try to survive, against all odds, only those will have the full functioning of the complete brains left, and together we can overcome this huge mankind destruction.

  • .But everything has human faces, no decisions are made without the human impact. Please press your lokal and national politicians to think again, and this time WITH their calculator, no one can ignore the extreme costs that all the lost lives, all the prolonged sufferings and all the ineffectiveness of the modern societies its "needs"? do provoque.

  • Take Google Maps inside the Airport........(but not a bomb please)

  • @Mikuruification Well, most of the european airports are completely accessible for all the mankind unhealthy beams, which actualy is a very slow- but effective "bomb"if one considders the garanteed destructive effect on all living creatures.

  • @Skogsmulla32 It seems only the overconvinced ones, the humans who`s health already is heavily damaged by these I find all these developments very destructive, mankind-hostile, really. It is, especially in the long run a very bad investment, if one considder the costs.

  • @Skogsmulla32 .Longterm absences from schools, more and more students are being badly effected and CANNOT continue to parttake. No planned means anywhere to meet the needed adjustments and these costs..This (understatement) unkind attitude towards mankind wellbeing is disolved by the industrial greed.

  • @Skogsmulla32

no I mean "bomb" as in = JIHAH ALLAH KILL ALL AMERIRDIKAHN ALLAHLALALALALALALALALALALALALA!!!!11 *explosion*

  • @Mikuruification Sometimes I wish some Americans would be gone so there would be less discrimination...

  • @MIDNAq1LINK

We have Ronnie Radke, So America is better

  • @Mikuruification u seem a bit dislocated really..This ur reaction? because of the mentioning of the word "airport"??? u need professional help man, u are a danger for urself.

  • I wouldn't be surprised if this was only in the US again....

  • Honestly with shit like this my next smartphone is probably one running Android...

All i'm waiting for is a unified and all-in-one syncing application

  • Ok now they just need to invent the Repulsion Gel

  • This is great help for seniors like me. That's why I'm strong supporter of Google, and kept their stocks in my own portfolio. Because of this major airport maps, I can go back to buying airline tickets that use that damn O'Hare Airport in Chicago. That airport has some blunders on signage; we always got lost in the airport, that's why I buy airline tickets that use Midway Airport. It's easy to get in and get out at Midway.

  • Good apps but may be terrorist use this features... Google Beware

  • Got this app on my phone

  • Hey that's my kid on the Voiceover! Go Kristin & Google!

  • check if alzeimers disease is right for you.

  • I have great Spatial Intelligence so I don't need this!!

  • I feel like Google Blinked!

  • "They [The architects of airports] have sought to highlight the tiredness and crossness motif with brutal shapes and nerve-jangling colors, to make effortless the business of separating the traveler forever from his or her luggage or loved ones, to confuse the traveler with arrows that appear to point at the windows ... and conceal the location of the departure gates ..."

-Douglas Adams in The Long Dark Teatime of the Soul

  • Why the fuck would you need GPS in an airport for?

  • @KawaiixSama To find your missing luggage!

    oh wait..

  • @KawaiixSama

Obviously if you travel or lot or even just occasionally, you'll have no trouble finding things in an airport. Obviously this is aimed at large airports where the travelling novice doesn't know where things are.

  • Smartphones - >Stupidpeople.

  • @FuhrerKaiser Todays technology was built to make everydays live easier. Having a mobile map of a huge building you're in it's just quicker than looking for the next information point or stationary map.

  • @point6000x I understand you, and respect your point, but today you use your smartphone more than your brain. My point is that people are accustomed "too much" to technology. Some things seems very exaggerated to me.

  • @FuhrerKaiser You have to use your brain to use a smartphone. Even if you open your mouth to say something, you're still using your brain.

  • You know why iPhone is best to do this? Because it got a lot of developers who need money, so the motivation to make best apps is money. I know windows motivation is good too, but there are not much users of windows mobile than iphone!!!!!!!!

  • Google is sooooooooo late to this party. BING beeeeeeen had indoor maps and Nokia is making it for a way to be tracked super accurately indoors. Which is why I am getting a Windows Phone 8 which will have everything and more that Google just began to sniff...

  • How on earth do you want to get an GPS lock inside of an airport!? Are there emitters installed in the building? or what? Interesting!

  • I just love it when google tries to stick their d*ck into every single category . ( social, shopping, mapping, videos, images, search, news, email, Reading, browser, video chat, calling, 3D earth, indoor maps, music, calender, docs, translating, Mobile OS , blogging, ) Now google is trying to piss of somebody out there ...

  • Gave people really become so dumb that they can't navigate their way through an aitport?

  • dam you google for taking my idea!!! i was making an app for dat :( there goes all my hard work.....

  • If you can't find your way around an airport you've got serious learning issues... how much bigger do the signs have to be???

  • Planning a domestic terror attack? There's an app for that.

  • Am I the only one who sees this as monstrously irresponsible?

Maps of major American malls and airports, freely available to anyone with an internet connection?

    Are you FUCKING kidding me?

  • @teknoarcanist Hey, when it's bank robbers like me, sometimes it's-

    Um, never mind.

  • @teknoarcanist Maps of American malls are already available to anyone who looks at the "you are here" maps. So stop acting like its such a big deal

  • 2012: You can find your perfect girlfriend

  • Even though I am all for Technology, sometimes I feel that some tools are making people lazier, less intelligent and more dependent on it.

  • can you use this for the blackberry bodl 9780 ?

  • @laastek123 Search for it in Google :D

  • If it's your favorite coffee spot how can you not know where it is?

  • Google Map my house if you can

  • Not Available For Galaxy S i9000 :(

  • does it work on iphone ?

  • @pp4FUNqq Nope

  • this is why i love google

  • to all bitches who complain, stop you bitchiness and thank google

  • lol I can't wait to see how murderers are gonna use this..

  • Ugh everyone had to complain... yes there are such things as signs but did it happen at least ONCE to you in your life that you're lost in an airport and the signs don't really help??

  • @YellowCrowncp agreed. Airports are horrible! THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE. Unlike apple that just comes out with useless crap like Siri...

  • Can't people read signs anymore? The bathroom signs rarely even have text on them -- they have pictograms! -.- Teenagers today get too much help ffs. They have to be held by their hands through everything. :-|

  • *at home*

Now where did i left my keys at..?

    *looks at google maps*

    Oh their they're!

    *at the sidetable*

    Thanks Google Maps!

    *smiley face*

  • even works on my gingerbread hero!

screw Sprint and HTC who gave up on the Hero after just 2.1 eclair

  • Good one - Keep the Good work thing UP

  • OMFG

  • doesnt work for me samsung galaxy mini...

  • Isn't that what signs are for? "Gate ___ This way --->" or Bathroom this way"

  • Everyone is saying Google, that you will one day rule the world. I look forward to that and I promise to be the first to convert... <3

  • @lklko0o0998 Its an Apple World. Google just lives it in.

  • @chicagoman617 Soon enough they're going to take over. Its just a matter of time. fyi there is an android store in Melbourne, Australia. Soon enough, one by one, they will multiply!

  • @lklko0o0998 I don't... Trust me, if you new what Google does behind the curtain, you wouldn't want that, lets just say, if Google ruled the world, expect a shock about how much they know about you, than you know about your self...

  • @lklko0o0998 Good luck, one day u will want to think urself again, but then u have nomore rights, no more options, no health left. This is not a threat, I am only trying to warn you against these overpowers..Good luck<3

  • I clicked 'start here' and nothing happened >.<

  • google just gave terrorists a new way to plant bombs -.-

  • don't tell me it was harder to find places for bombs before, couldn't you just google "places for planting bombs"?

  • By the time it takes to open up the app, wait for GPS signal lock on, type in what you need to find, and find it...wouldn't it be much quicker to just look around and find the directory signs?

I mean airports make it pretty idiot proof; they always have signs pointing to restrooms, baggage claim, and gates.

I love my android, love google, love google maps, and I give them points for trying to advance their mapping technology...but like people are pointing out in comments, seems a bit silly....

  • @BlueKewne i believe this utilize's Wi-Fi to locate you indoors, but i am not sure.

  • Awesome :D

  • and the one make big bucks is the internet service provider :)

  • Great! Now terrorists don't have to expose themselves going to the airport when looking for a spot to blow themselves up. All they need is a cell phone with internet connection. Hell - even the damn security cameras are useless now. Walk in drop the bag and - boom! "In the name of Allah! Allah Akbar!"

Thanks Google! (And the funny thing is - I really like Google. I'm using Chrome to post this...)

  • @LexNoga Using chrome is nothing to brag about. Everyone smart is off of IE

  • This is great, the only problem google has is Android

  • @127prats ? Google has android? That's a problem?

  • Before you had street view then came Room View (copy righted 2012)(tm and other copy righted stuff) Ha I win.

  • Maybe we can also make maps of the bathroom? I sometimes lose my way to the shower...

  • Find A coffee shop.. ...I already know where my favorite is. But I get the point, just "a case of the mondays" at the copywriters?

  • How about an ability to cache countries Google?

  • Im so glad this came out! I had explosive diarrhea today and could not, for the life of me find it. But with google maps i only had to fart a little bit by the time i got there! I didnt even have to blow yet! While i was there i checked in with google lattitude, and took meticulous notes of the excrement with google docs!

  • 2011: You can find your way in a store!

2012: You can find your way in your house!

2013: You can find your way through Area 51!

2014: You can find your way through the international space station and pretty much anywhere in the galaxy!

    2015: .....

  • @zappysam5533 2015: Your way will find you.... :)

  • @zappysam5533

2020: You can't find a way to the restroom without your smartphone...

  • finally. i navigated an airport by myself to see my boyfriend in florida and it took me a good 20 minutes to find him when he arrived. :[ even with a cell phone. i was so lost.

  • <3 Google - mon amoure <3

  • Would love to see this for malls as well. Good product to upsell to large retail clients and mall clients.

  • i should buy my son an android phone .. in case he's lost in the mall i'll find him by altitude :D

  • You can't find a gate, but You already have a favorite coffee spot :D

  • i can't help but think that a map of the airport is the last think we'd want to give easy access to. I'm probably just overly cautious.

  • @bsuccessb But terminal maps with all this information are posted in the airport. Having it in an interactive pocket sized version is just better not less secure. It's not like you're getting to see the security area or anything.

  • @bsuccessb yes, you are. Because the map of the airport isn't *exactly* a state secret...

  • @bsuccessb Maps of public areas of an airport is plastered all over the airports website and in the airports themselves. Its not like they are providing you with the blueprints of security areas or anything else that isn't publicly available to everyone else in the world. They're just making it more convenient for passengers.

  • wow, that's clever thinking google!!

  • who the fuck buys from the gift shop?

  • Basically, you don't need to talk to humans. that's what Google is trying to achieve.

  • @abhiomkar

Oh come on. How you use it is up to you, but I was just in the airport and people look at the maps, they don't ask for directions anyway. This makes it easier to do what you were already doing.

  • Google, making life easier so you dont have to ask anybody anything.

  • Theres always little nerds hating. "why do we need this we can just ask people" STFU!!!!!

  • @upstreammiami So people who dont use tech are nerds? Thank for the info

  • good luck with getting GPS signal inside a building

  • @majdijr It can use Wi-Fi hotspots to work out where your phone is.

*Waits for unfounded, ridiculous 'omg privacy'-style messages*

  • Will this great navigation feature also work for Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs), especially the TOP SECRET ones in the Marianas Trench (Isle of Dr. Monroe) with the UFOs, the Aliens and the Super-Soldiers? ;-)

  • C3 Technologies why didn't you?

  • Google, tell us one thing. Why didn't you buy C3 Technologies company before Apple did it?

  • nice

  • Let me guess, only in America?

  • @MrYorkshireFella Nope, only in USA.

  • @ElRickillero It's for USA + Japan atm, but anyone can upload a floorplan for their building. So actually it's worldwide.

  • I can't wait until they add this to all houses because I always forget where my bathroom is.

  • @Ghostee13 Winner!

  • @Ghostee13 OMG LAWL

  • Does it work on ipod/iphone

Thumbs up to get this too the top otherwise we wont get an answer

  • @TheKillerchicken99 According to this vid /watch?v=Gy-DI_bWElg this feature is actually only on Android Devices

  • So now if ur thinking of hitting on a cute girl with "Hey, do you know where I can get some coffee?" ... you know what reply you'll get .. lol...."Use Google maps!!!" ... Luckily I got a girl :) ... anyways .. don't get me wrong, I love Google :)

  • how it works?

  • sixth.

  • Making a commercial for every turd that has been shatten by some Google employee? At least they're well done...

  • Because asking people where the bathroom is, is so 90's!

  • @fixhoo Because people usually have no fucking idea and are inherently useless.

  • @fixhoo I liked the 90's though

  • People who have a favorite coffee spot don't get lost.

People who get lost, don't have a favorite coffee spot.

  • where's my bathroom? ...google maps indoor!

  • first?
