I don't know where you get your information from, but at $700, I'm not sure if that even covers the cost of a wheel cover for a Phantom. Do keep in mind that the center cap on a RR floats.

p.s. I've seen 26's cheaper than the tires on em.. Lol, those would be Perelli's P Zeros.. a cheap set of 26's will only run about $1,200-$1,600.. a single 26'' Perelli tire will run you about $400. A good set of 26's start at about $1,200 a wheel haha...
