The C7 I found is a regular C with your pinky on the third fret of the G string.
The other C7 i found was baring the 4th fret of the D,G,& B strings and your middle finger on the top E.
What you're doing I think is barring the fourth fret with your with you middle on the 6th fretof the D string and your pinky on the 6th fret of the B string. Is this correct?
thanks for these lessons mate bein playin 18 moon got the song book but some of the chords they give are hard you have made it a whole lot easier 5 stars keep them comming
damn, it helped me out. really, I thought it was picking few notes, but on classic or acoustic guitar it sounds awesome. I like you for showing this, it really helps and I love oasis <3
nice lesson bro, i was playing this with barrechords which sounds good on electric but sketchy on acoustic. this version sounds sweet on the acoustic. Dont suppose you have a lesson on the solo for "live forever". any ways keep up the good work.
good job dude! wrote all the lyrics and showed the chords clearly. Thanks.
I play be ear and do it with a capo on 2nd fret it can be played a little easier except the capoed Em doesn't sound the same. I was wondering how they got that sound...you just showed me....thanx!
Well done, mate. I have an oasis song book but have not enjoeyd playing this (or Slideaway) as they are plaily made for the electric. Thanks to you I got more tunes to wind the missus up with!
Do you fancy having a look at Don't go away for me?
Don't stop what your doing - if I see you in Sheff' will chuck you a Gadiver.
cheers for the comment pal, i'll try and do dont go away next week for you mate. i'll hold you to the scuba diver too mate, i'll be on the moor on saturday, ha!!!

I prefer the version with the melodic intro
lucaslmgv 2 years ago
Just pluck out the F#m11 chord. Strings 5,4,3,1,2,3,4 before going to the Asus2, B7 and you have your melodic intro.
Love this version, chords are way easy to play on acoustic. Now to see about an acoustic arrangement for the solo.
