The problem with your entire entry here is that it demands proof of a negative, and in the absence of that, defaulting to an unverified conclusion. In other words, "You can't disprove God. Therefore, he does not have to be proven because he can't be disproved".

I have seen all the standard arguments against the bible and Christianity. I used to avoid watching these sorts of videos, now they just make me sad for people. It is easy to find God, but it is also easy to miss Him. If anyone is earnestly looking for Him, they will find Him, if they don't want to find Him, they won't. English is light years ahead of ancient Greek with regard to abstract descriptions. Differentiating between "husband" and "man" is neither a Greek nor an English problem. The contradictions exist within both texts.

The question is, Are you doing your research with due diligence to figure out if there really are contradictions? Are you reading the entire context, stories of why some Biblical texts appear to be contradictory? Christians themselves don't agree upon this. Many believe in faith, many believe in works, some believe in both. If there were no contradictions in the bible, all Christians would believe the same.
That's the problem with the particular issue you bring up; there is justification for faith alone (thief on the cross), and justification for works (James 2:17).

You should study the Bible for truth and not twist what you read to slander it.
1. Lineage: Read (Deuteronomy 25:5). Joseph was the natural son of Jacob but the legal son of Heli. You should read instead of twisting the truth.

I have seen all the standard arguments against the bible and Christianity. I used to avoid watching these sorts of videos, now they just make me sad for people. It is easy to find God, but it is also easy to miss Him. If anyone is earnestly looking for Him, they will find Him, if they don't want to find Him, they won't. English is light years ahead of ancient Greek with regard to abstract descriptions. Differentiating between "husband" and "man" is neither a Greek nor an English problem. The contradictions exist within both texts.

Mark 3:23 "being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph". This indicates that Joseph was not His biological father.. In Jeremiah 22:30 it even mentions Josephs ancestor; noting that none of his descendants will ever sit on a throne.
In Mathew we have this Greek word translated as "husband" ἄνδρα from the Textus Receptus. It does not mean husband, it means man. Chalk this one up to English guessing at the meaning. oops.

That's the problem with the particular issue you bring up; there is justification for faith alone (thief on the cross), and justification for works (James 2:17).

Matt 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
So the tribulation that would be so great and never seen before or after is what shall pass during that generation as he mentions earlier.

1. Lineage: Read (Deuteronomy 25:5). Joseph was the natural son of Jacob but the legal son of Heli. You should read instead of twisting the truth.
2. Judah was the one who could not drive out the inhabitants. There were many times that the children of Israel were unsuccessful in battles, not because God didn't have the power but for reasons stated in the story.

With regard to Heli, there is no mention anywhere in the bible except the lineage. No explanation of who he was, or anything. Just his name, mentioned once. That's it. Making claims that he's the legal father of Jesus is twisting what you read.

Heli was Jacobs brother to clarify. Heli died childless. His widow became the wife of his brother Jacob. This was to satisfy Levite Law which is stated in Deuteronomy 25:5.
The Lord was with Judah is correct. The text said "he" not "He" whenever God is referenced as He it is capitalized.
If you would have studied for Truth you would have found it and not trying to disprove it. Get back to searching for Truth which can only be found in Christ. God Bless you.

In Luke it does not say that Heli begat Joseph but rather Joseph is the son of Heli. Son because he is married to Mary(Heli's daughter). many, including the church itself, has altered, & manipulated scripture for personal agendas.
Eusebius an early church father, and Constantine's partner in crime, had publicly stated that, "to lie & deceive in the service of "church & god" was perfectly acceptable!"
The church (Xian religion) & it's minions have been going strong ever since!

I agree again. The question of "why" has been asked since the beginning of consciousness. And to this day, it has yet to be answered.
In coming to my personal conclusion, that man wrote scripture, not gods, can be demonstrated in a number of ways. My favorite is noting that there are over 33, 800 diff. Xian denominations world wide, & each thinks they only have the correct interpretation of scripture, & all their fellow denominations are dead wrong! Then look at all the diff. religions

Seriously, if a real god did exist, & had a personal interest in Homosapiens, wouldn't he give us 1 book that he'd create to be understood by every human, regardless of language? Even if u were to deny that as a good enough reason, I'd certainly expect him to "educate" us before man went & killed in god's name!! Wouldn't a god who gave a damn, at least educate man that there's only 1 god & who he was??
Everything that happens in life, happens exactly as we'd expect it to, with no god!

Oh yeah, I still wonder about that & over the past few years, I've come to consider an answer to that. I have reasons why I believe my particular theory, and I use that term loosely, is very likely true. Then recently, I read a story by a Physicist who said the same exact thing.
I put it this way, if there's an intelligence behind what we call reality, I sure as hell don't believe it's a ghost-god working magic. Why not advanced technology? Why not a virtual reality computerized system?

@Cootabux You'd also expect that if there was one god and only one god, as pretty much most religions state, then there would only really be one religion. Someone quoted a bible excerpt to me recently which is interesting. (Isaiah 44:6) Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
You would have thought that with all his omnipotence he'd have remembered to tell the Muslims...lol

Apparently according to scriptures God does not put much care into who, how many and in what way people suffer and die. Can this be because the rewards afterlife are so immense and great that it just doesn't matter how or why you get there?

It's funny that you'd call the author fo this video evil. I just finished over 3 yrs of intense study of all the scriptures, the early church, the Codices & other religious manuscripts, & espec. the Ugaritic Texts. In all of that the one certainty I found was that the biblical god was the most tyrannical, cruel, sadistically evil being one could ever imagine! And u have the audacity to call a us evil??
You should deal with your evil ghost-god before referring to others by that word.

hmmm.. This guy uses God for business. Already thats a contradiction. I don't like it when preachers use God to make themselves. The old testament is basically a history of the Israelites. Remember they were Jews not Christians.. Most Christians today get confused about the message of the old testament and take everything into context.
