  • i used to do 400 crunches a day at 16.. now i can barely do 100 lol..

  • those are sit ups, and if you move your butt closer to your heels, and have your partner sit on your feet, and wrap their arms around your legs, it will be easier

  • i do 100 crunches 40 dips 40 pushups and 20 chin ups..btw dont go so high..

  • i did 190 crunches today, 30 situps, and ten pushups( i have a bad arm) i'm 18 years old, weigh 260 pounds, mostly fat, i feel pretty manly to be able to do that

  • im 12 and i starting doing 10 pushups and 30 crunches like half a year ago and now i do 100 crunches and 20 pushups

  • Um No offense But you could hurt your backdoing sit ups and your neck Crunches are what get your obliques and lower body hard

  • I think they are similar, but with crunches you do not completely "sit up".

    I just did one day.. what a slacker.. but if you see my other recent videos, you'll see I'm trying again to get fit.

  • its really great that your doing this but you must keep your back straight and dont bend your neck foward

  • No, so long as your chin comes over your knees and your shoulder blades touch the ground every rep then you're working maximum without modifying the sit-up itself. He's fine.
