I used to go to Dingwalls back in 88-90, the dancers, the music and scene were just fantastic, and the Belvadere arms session after. I always try to make it the Dingwalls re-unions : ).

I'm from NYC! I'm a House Dancer and it's good to see these guys with amazing style which is missing in 97% of the house dancing today. I notice they have on the RIGHT SHOES to do all the slick moves and not these big clunky sneakers and boots which these House dancing clowns use today which explains the awkwardness in movement. it's raw, man. I'm a house dancer, too. not only does the technique of these dancers blow even the best house dancers out of the water, but the feeling, it's an explosion. it's inspiring. I don't wear jazz shoes, but I do sport the nike free, and I agree that too many house dancers put the look before the function.

This is blowing my mind. Brothers in Jazz. Wow.
