I love to hear what the players said - I am dying to hear anything from Steve Gadd on Aja, as he was skipped over on the "Classic Albums - Aja" video, after doing such a killer job. Perhaps Jeff Porc. set a precedent.... ;-)
Info - recorded on still camera/video. backing recorded on Yamaha AW1600 sync'd up later on Sonar4 Producer..(rest of band in other room)1 take...keyboard player covering pads and sax, gide vox ...honest mistakes...just workshopping great music...greg
this was a take from a rehearsal we had. I record the band on my 16 track and just drop the audio under the video (taken on my Canon Powershot)It was an experiment but I thought we did a pretty good take!

Great job. i also have learned how to play this song, it is full of many changes of timings, but you know thats jeff porcaro's style.
