rmingtn - not sure what you are talking about, but we have to follow the GC as well as the LOAC (Law of Armed Conflict) at all times, no matter whether the enemy does or not. We go through annual training that pounds this into our head. If we break those laws, we will be punished. So, no matter what the GC states, our Military law prevents us from treating people differently.

Meaning that legally, since the people we are fighting don't follow the geneva conventions while dealing with us, we don't have to follow it while dealing with them.
