@rcortez911 It doesnt say that this is a tribute done by Rio Jordan... It just says that it is a Tribute... He is showing respect for his former teacher... Theres nothing wrong with that.

@rcortez911 everybody makes mistakes... but this was the tejano conjunto fest... not a tribute concert to "El Parche" none of us knows whats going through his mind at the time of the main plaza stuff but what does that have to do with whats going on now? Me and Johnny Cruz had some differences before he went on his own but it doesnt mean we cant get over that stuff.... Sometimes you got to just grow up... Just sayin!!
