One point I think you miss, is the standard that's being used to judge perfect. God is the standard for perfect. If and believe me i do say if God's plan for us were to be homosexual then that would be the standard and a homosexual God would be perfect. No that's not the case, but is an example. God can not do anything that's not perfect so the question is not valid. Of course God's jealousy is perfect.
The 1st 4 commandments are on how we are to love Him and the last 6 are on how we are to love our brother's and sister's. You are so correct in what you say my friend, our God is a jealous God, because He made us, He is our Father and He loves us. And He is calling us home to be with Him. Thank you for sharing this.
