This brings back many memories ... I remember when Al played at several places in the Chicago suburbs; many nights when he'd finish playing, he would come over to a popular local spot for dancing. The minute Al walked in the door, the organist would immediately begin playing, "Jealous Heart".
Years ago I purchased a copy of the video at the Apollo Theater in Berwyn, Il., where Al played a program -- lots of the old favorites in it.
yep cept my grandpa never did talk bout him, i found out bout 3 years ago when i moved in with him at school my principal told me that my great grandpa was a singing & Piano playin celeb and i was like who are u talking bout? and then i ask and he got all up set but yeah i thought it was cool to find that out
no problem that night i wrote that is when i started to research about him, see what he looked like and to hear what he did.. did know he did a hit with a song so its cool to find out haha
