  • I'm a 2 time survivor of testicular cancer and so proud to see other guys stand up and share their stories ... Fighting the fight in Canada .. did 2 orchiectemies, 6 rounds of chemo and 1 RPLND ... amen brother!

  • I have a lump on my right testicle when i push the right testicle up, but i've had it for many years now, and I have't had any of the other symptoms of testicular cancer. Should I go and see about it.

  • The worst thing i' ve ever done: testic biopsy... Im now waiting for the ct, got my right nut taken away from me and have a cool scar above my dangle..... Now I have a fake nut instead, and it feels nothing like the real deal:/ much bigger and harder. If you have pain or feel a lump, go and have it checked out.

  • Stupi

  • what... the... fuck... is... this...?

  • Pain like you were kicked in the peas. A constant ache.

  • No noticable lump persay but I did have pain.

Any lasting pain in this area is cause for concern.

Get an ultrasound to be sure.

    Tim

  • @timispilotguy1 What kind of pain? Only when touched/ constant stinging pain or what? Because i have a heaviness feeling, but if i don't think about it i don't feel it. Its not painful at all just occasionally feel slightly heavy which is another sign of varicoceles. What where your symptoms?

  • 3 hours later, im now almost positive that i have a varicocele(based off my research) in the left testicle. All of my symptoms seem to link towards it including the "bag of worms" feeling thing above the egg. According to different sources, it may cause infertility if both testicles are effected. Also says that "15% of young men will experience this and shouldn't be alarmed"

I dont have a lump, to the creator of this vid, what where you symptoms? A lump or what?

  • Removal is the quickest way to keep the cancer from spreading.

I don't think you would want a biopsy done in this area.

  • @timispilotguy1 can u get a replacement testicle

  • Do they always have to remove the testicle if so why?

  • @Mr1991kid to prove 100% cancer they have to remove it also the treatment depends on which type of cancer it is ,2 main types seminoma and teratoma ,maybe mix ,few others ,rare ones ,each type reacts slightly differently to chemo radiation etc ,but both are very sensitive to chemo ,also there is very high risk of spread if they do biopsy ,they would not dare do it ,loose one no problem like kidney uve 2 ,lose both then infertile 4 life plus medication 4 life hormones etc ,its better than death

  • well my right testicle is rly big for a loong time now like 2 years maybe 3 but now i see that it might be cancer is there any other reason that ur testicle is rly big and has some liquid between skin? and if it was cancer for theese years can i survive

tooo scared of the doctor but il try take courage to go .. im 14 btw

  • I'm 17 and I've got a massive lump that covers half my left testicle, the lump has grown since the past 2 years and I know for a fact its becoming a massive problem due to back aches and pain from the ball itself, the problem for me is actually plucking the courage to go and see a doctor seeing as I've never been to see a doctor by myself before so it's a big thing for me, I'll hopefully book an appointment soon

  • @mitchyster1 Im kind of in the same situation as you, same age

But i dont have a lump, but both testicles have grown some over the past months and are harder than before. But they used to be what i that was VERY small, so maybe this is just normal?? Sometimes i feel heaviness in them which is a symptom (but im serious when i say it only happens when i think about it, if i forget about it i wont feel anything) I would be so embarrassed to tell my parents and honestly im scared.

    Reply back.

  • @KingofTownz yeah had mine checked and its a varicocele, got a scan on it later on so should get more news on it but my advice, GET IT CHECKED OUT IN ANY INSTANCE OF ANYTHING!

  • @mitchyster1 have you seen a doctor about that yet?

  • hi im 22, recently i

got once single little zit on one testicule

    doesnt hurt, doesnt bother

    is just there doing nothing.

    should i be worried?

im checking it as fast as i can just to make sure

  • That's gotta suck an hurt like hell I ha a bad feeling I might have it

  • Im going to the doctors see if i had it my left testical is bigger than my right one

  • @XxEmoxNarutoxX I hope your check up went well Emox let us know.

  • thanks for the info i got that little balls on top of my testicles ands i was starting to panic but thanks to the comments here i got a little relax but i haven't check it so i will do so

  • is this possible to get at 15?

  • @TheNextTorres9 Yes it is. I'm 20 and I got it and I've been told that it can happen to guys at 15. Get your nuts checked if you feel anything weird. Best of luck to you man.

  • @Mister10445 Thanks but ive been already. I got an Ultrasound. turns out it was only a testicle infection, nothing to worry about.

  • @TheNextTorres9 I'm sorry to tell you that it is very possible to get at 15.. 15 to 40 is the most common age to get it

  • @sshawn112 Its waaaaaayy over now it wasnt cancer it was just an infection in my testicle took antibiotics and it was fine.

  • I had T.C and I am going to Chemo I feel completely normal

  • Comment removed

  • @CurtisRawr lmfao your balls are growing

  • No matter what stage the cancer is confirmed they will remove the infected testicle. If you are under 35 it is more likely you will have the more aggressive (faster spreading) cancer. It is much better to see a doctor and find out the truth than to worry about something you may not have. The recovery rate from this cancer is very good, even if it has spread to other places in your body, it will spread so don't put off seeing a doctor. You can die from this cancer if you don't get treated.

  • they should socialize health care like our police departments. i don't pay private security forces to protect me. its given to me from taxes. why can't something as important as health care be like this.

  • and another thing. stop prescribing pain medicine and anti depressants to keep me away. its like, i don't want to forget about the problem. I WANT THE DAMN PROBLEM FIXED, AND THEN I CAN FORGET ABOUT IT ON MY OWN. another 25 dollar co payment this monday. wonderful.

  • i hate my doctor. my arm is coming in and out of place. "try not to do that". now, a growth like thing that has come with pain in my lower stomach. doesn't sound to good. (testicular cancer maybe) whats my doctor going to say next. well if it gets really bad come back and keep paying me. wtf. how sick do i have to be to be taken care of. im sick of feeling like shit and nobody helps me. if treated EARLY maybe i won't end up like lance armstrong.

  • hey i feel the same way some times i have a lump in my left testicle like but other times the lump isn't their i have no idea what to do im 2 scared 2 go 2 the doctors for example i was just outside having a smoke and finished i got in and checked i had the lump their and 10 minuets later its gone i have no idea if it is testicle cancer or not

  • @big5mok3z yeah me to idk what to do

  • im 12.. i only just got it.. im to afraid and embarrised to have my testical removed so im waiting maybe a while to have it removed and have a fake one replased, its possible to have a fake one attached.. is it possible to survive for a few years wif it?

  • what did u do i have a small lump and dont no what to do im 13

  • ya same story with me.. one day my right nut hurt really bad and the pain travelled to my stomach. I noticed a lump and went to the doc soon after. I did end up having cancer. Luckily i did not need chemo or rad

  • no chemo or radiation , how are you now was it quick , and if u dont mind me asking how long was the removal procedure and, and did you have to get put asleep ???

  • I'm really scared.. I'm 16 and I have been feeling a soreness in my left testicle.. I'm not sure whether or not to be worried.. Maybe I'm growing..?

  • me too dude

    im 17, i'm frikken scared.

  • man it sucks it freaks me out too

  • 3 months ago, I was paranoid man, I went to the hospital to go get it checked out at 3AM in the morning, I was so scared, it bothered me so much to the point where I couldn't stop touching my right nut every time. They checked and for the first time in my life I had high blood pressure from all the nerves and stuff. 3 months later, i'm fine, don't feel bothered anymore.

I guess it was just growing pains, the doctor's said it also after checking down there, there was nothing.

  • lol me too man , i was getting like tenderness in my right nutt ,and i thought there was something growing on one of the tubes, so i went in for an exam and a blood test , everything was ok thank god , big relief for me ,.... im only 21 and i had high blood pressure too, turns out it was the normaly way for the tube to grow, where if curves i thought it was a bump, still freaked me out tho, but its allways good to check , once a month tho , cause like you i was checkin all the time and hurt it.

  • same deal with me.

my personal doctor told me it would be a vein I was just poking and to stop being paranoid, its nothing.

so I'm hearing typing to you today, with no pains or tenderness in that area no longer :D

and I think it's just something you experience when your not as active, being that it was during the summer I was experiencing the pain.

  • i know man its a big relief , the worst thing was , was constantly checking it , over and over , and the more you check it the more you make your nuts sore , so i went to the doc , had a ball exam and a blood test , everything was fine , so i left alone my balls stopped checking them and the pain went away.

  • someone please help..im not sure if i have something wrong but everyday ill have a really bad pain in my right nut and its so bad the pain goes to my abdomen..i didnt tell my parents because thats kinda weird..any advice thanks and im only 14 years old

  • The only thing that you can do is tell your Mom or Dad. When i was 15 i had a lump on my right testicle. I only had a mom. So i had to suck it up and tell her. YA it's awkward but 10 minutes of felling uncomfortable is a lot better then dieing. Even tough I had Cancer, they got rid of it in 1 surgery. Plus i got radiation for 2 weeks. And it hasn't returned.

  • i discovered in these days i have it too. They're gonna remove my right nut..... god awful

  • I had a little mild pain in my abdomen below the belly button and to the left if i even touched the left testicle lightly it hurt more so i didnt touch it. I went to the doctor for a unrelated issue and told him that the abdomen hurt mildly but if i touch the testicle it hurt a bit more but if it is not touched it doesnt hurt so he checked it out and it hurt a bit but i tolerated it. he sent me to get the testicular ultrasound, there i had to fight with the radiology dept to get a male

  • tech to do the exam and after 4 hours of them saying they dont employ male techs they aparently found one that was male (hopefully they didnt forget to pay him as well) So i had the test done and i was told via the radiologist that i had 3 lumps on the left and 1 or 2 on the right and the right had mild hydrocele. I looked up everything and though everything is "within acceptable limits" they have done nothing further but i still have the pain though i can tolerate it .....

  • i am going back to the dr for the unrelated issue again and im gonna have him send me to a urologist to figure out whats going on. though ive looked up all the possibilities and surgery is a potential outcome I will not go that far. the pain in tolorable as long as the testicle isnt messed with ...... (like the patient says dr it hurts when i lift my arm the dr says well dont lift it)

  • Well I was diagnosed right before my 16 birthday...I had the surgery and they had to remove my testicle. They were 85% it was cancerous but they said they would have taken it out even if it wasnt because the lump i had was about the size of an orange seed and hurt...I went through six weeks of chemo and am now getting checkups every month. I was so lucky i caught it early and thats the key. I was really scared but in the end I was playing football 4 weeks later! Get it checked out...

  • I think i have cancer, im 16. but i think im just scaring my self. Some times my hip pelvis area aches. And i think there is a lump on my left ball, but on my right one there is a small lump is there but has always been there as long as i can remember. Does this mean any thing?

  • no cure for me now, at the most just by more time, im that 1% that dont get cured from testicular cancer. im guessing not many days left in this world.

  • I wish you luck man. I had just turned 14 when i got testicular cancer. I am almost 17 and i just started back to school. I wil be done with treatment in december.I wish i had wrote done my experiences and i think this is a cool idea. The one thing that i think you will learn is that it can't show how you change as a person. Atleast that's my experiences so far.

  • did u have to stop going to school?

  • i had TC in 2004, had my right nut removed, then 5 months of chemo, then had 4 tumors taken out of my abdomen with a 2nd surgery. went into remission for 4 years, now this year the cancer has came back. had a surgery in Jan to remove a grape size tumor off my lung, then had 5 rounds of chemo. and just this week had another surgery to remove the whole lung its self, still a few cancer cells left in my body in the "plumbing" running to and from the lung that they removed,

  • Good luck man

  • I really need help i'm 18 and think i may have cancer down there lol but dont really know what to do

Can you get it this young?!!!

  • Yeah, you can get it at 18. I've known of people 15-20 who've gotten it, and also my brother got it when he was 25...

  • The flag in the background.. are you from Newfoundland or is a friend or family member?

  • Viva Italia!! The italian flag proudly displayed in our den.

    Cheers..Tim

  • Hi, i'm from England and have just started EP chemo for seminoma. I wish you the very best for your treatment and hope you conquer this bastard disease forever.

    Take care of yourself mate.

  • Best of luck to you too buddy!!! Don't give up the fight!!

plz help me i need to know if this is cancer

and i wont to aviod doctor rofl

  • if it hurts get it checked by ultrasound. Have you had any other "nut" surgery, vasectomy etc? If not I'd get it looked at asap.

  • no priror surgury omfg get it looked at asap aaaa im giong to die

  • Not from this because testicular cancer has the best survival rate of most other cancer types. Just ask Lance Armstrong who did the who experience and won the battle even after the disease spread to his brain. Oh ya, we are all going to die....unless you are a robot!!

  • @staticxmako dude me 2 but im not sure if it is or not do u no??? please answer??

  • Hats off to you , took it like a man.

  • Hi all in youtube land! Firstly thanks to timispilotguy1 for taking the time to share your experience during this difficult time. I am currently going through the same thing. Having just had surgery on Feb 2008, If I recall corretly I have been told I have a malignant ter-a-to-carcinoma tumor and am awaitng futher scans before starting treatment. To be fair, surgery was a breeze but am apprehensive for the future. Its good to have an outlet to discuss this with others having the same problems!

  • Hi everyone from Spain I was diagnosed with TC on 9 nov 2007 just 3 days after my 37th birthday,I had surgery 5 days later ,everything went OK except my left testicle which went into the dusbin I guess. I was very lucky to have been diagnosed at an early stage of the illness I did not need further treatment ,except check ups every 3 months . Good luck everyone ,wish you all the best .

  • Hello Pablo,

Best of luck staying clean. Keep up with the check ups.

    Tim

  • i'm sorry i don t get it...to they always remove ur nut when u have tc?????

  • yes

  • an here's the first european member of the 1 ball club! 8) i am/was also a tc patient, it was diagnosed on july 31st 2006 (in the age of 22).

surgery the next day, followed by chemo, than a second surgery because the tumor metastasised (hope thats the right word), i had it in my loungs and in my lymph nodes.

after that i was done and everything is fine.

good luck for your chemo and greetings from germany.

    dennis w. slanker

  • Hey Dennis, Welcome to the CLUB!! Glad to hear everything worked out for you even after the spreading of the cancer. Every success story gives all of us still undergoing treatment the hope we need to pull through. Best of luck and stay clean!! Tim

Hows the treatment now? Hows the wife and kids taking all this? well gonna go for now and maybe we can keep in touch now.

    Take Care

    Brian B

  • Hey Brian....it sure has been a while huh? Well I made it throught the 3 days of chemo but it has caught up to me. It feels like the worst stomach flu ever, no appetite and just dead tired. Oh well, still have my hair, for now anyway. Take care and the best to you and yours!! Tim

  • Hi Tim..

thanks for posting - I'm going a little nuts (no pun intended) as I've been sore for about a month and after a few tests that I have gone through - I will be a part of the 1 ball club (they are removing the left one) on Feb 22nd. I'm not sure what stage the cancer is at yet as they have to examine the one that is being removed.. I will keep you posted and I wish you luck too..

    Smerd

  • Hey Smerd,

Don't sweat the surgery, it's 45 minutes long and not very painfull. I am on day 3 of chemotherapy and other than being a bit tired, no real side effects. They have come along way with cancer medication and side effect control.

Best of luck and keep in touch.

    Tim

  • Hi Tim,

I am also a TC patient. I was diagnosed on May 24th 2007,went into surgery the very next day and started radiation treatments soon after. Im all clear as of Jan 4th 2008. I wish you the very best and dont be afraid to e-mail me if you like.

  • Hey Eric,

Thanks for the comment. I begin chemotherapy on the 19th of Feb, 6 hours per day for 3 days. Not looking forward to the treatment but I have a optimistic attitude.

    Congrats on staying clean!!

I'll be posting another vid just before I start me treatments and so I can show the Youtubians my "big one".............................the big scar I received from the surgery.

    Take Care....Tim
