I side with the police. You people are seriously confused with your rights. The constitution only protects you from being arrested for expressing your Freedom of Speech, and that right ws not violated upon. The police DOES have the right to tell you to move, and that's what we saw here, no arrest was made against Freedom of Speech. Just because you are expressing a constitutional right, it doesn't mean you can ignore every other law when you do so.
