Peru routinely eats cats for meat. Any country that is sick and perverted enough to eat cats (like China) is capable of using human fat for cosmetic. You never know. i used to work for coca cola and had to spend alot of time in the receiving docks of large supemarket chains at least once a week they would throw out huge bins of old meat the worst smell ever. any way some guy used to pick it up for that reason to sell to cosmetic companys for use in soap ,make-up ....actually i think there was a movie or somthing where some guy was stealing human fat from the garbage of a plastic surgeon and selling it too
