Thank you for one of the most amazing songs from tawonga. I'm 12 now, and I've been going since I was 9. Thank you for wonderful memories with my cabins and this song.
Reply to my comment if you learned this sog at CAMP TAWONGA!!!!! I love this song. It made me cry at the closing campfire when gal and the camp sang it. Thanks!
I'm so glad that I'm able to hear this again-- after your absolutely wonderful performance at BCC on Sunday. I can imagine you signing the words while you sing-- and would love to see that. Thank you for all of your talent and willingness to share with all of us. Blessings!
I fell in love with this song at Tawonga. Is there anyone who could send me the chords? I would love to spread this to some song leaders at other Jewish Camps.
This song and your performance is shatteringly beautiful! I hope you get enjoyment from possessing the artistry to elicit such emotion through your talent (and hard work too, I imagine)!
I was also sad when you werent there. eric sang us to sleep with this song a few nnights ago and i love it. Is there a place i could get the chords so i can try playing it? Thanks!
Doubt you'll remember me as you've clearly touched many lives since mine. My name's Ian Arkwright. I knew you at Vista Del Mar. Just wanted to say that this song is the one thing that makes my memories of that year seem happy. You and Rabbi Andrea always knew how to make things fun. Thank you.
Dear Marsha, I went to preschool at temple emanuel and was devistated when u left. i now go to tawonga. i closed my eyes and imagined you singing with my bunk at the burn and started to cry a little bit. you are amazing! WE LOVE YOU MARSHA!!!! - ryan
Thanks for posting the link to this amazing video on Facebook. My heart is singing. I LOVE the home movie feel of the video and adore the song. Where can I buy Heart Of Mine?
I have been going to camp since I was seven, and every year I love a song. However the past couple it has been this song. I searched all year for this song and I finally found the whole version. I am so glad to hear this, your voice is so comforting and if you close your eyes you almost feel like your sitting in the fire pit under those gorgeous stars.
Healing, perfect timing... I was searching for pictures of SWIG for our sons Bar Mitzvah and our favorite Marsha song popped up. I was truly sobbing about Swig, just aching as I recalling our babe in arms toddling around the Holocaust Memorial and how our dream of holding his Bar Mitzvah is no longer possible and there you were with your comforting outstretched arms of song. I can't wait for Sandy to come home to watch and cry and enjoy... Friendship Circle Hugs- Rachel Mosel
This is Abby Gondek. I was a camp counselor at Swig back in summer 2001 for hagigah when you were a song leader. You taught me "the Big Open" and gave me one of your cds. I wanted to get back in touch with you! I just bought Ya Elah online and it is amazing. This video is so beautiful. Much love, Abby
Beautiful!! Thanks for sharing this lovely song and video with the universe (and me)! Glad to see the filmmaker and musician in you getting to play together... :-) Love, Rachel

Awesome Marsha! I remember hearing it at Tawonga, and I can't believe I didn't ask you to sing it when we were preparing for my Bar-Mitzvah.
